7.
Shape each piece of dough into a ball by folding the sliced corners into the center and pinching the ends together. Place lightly moistened paper towel over the dough and rest for 10 minutes at room temperature.
8.
Roll out on lightly floured board. Shape each piece into a 3-inch diameter circle.
9.
Place 2 blueberries and a slice of apple on each piece of dough. Seal the dough by pulling the edges of the dough into the center and closing it.
10.
Place parchment paper or waxed paper in microwave. Place the doughs and cook on HIGH (1200W) for 10 seconds.
11.
Lightly grease or place a sheet of parchment paper on a baking sheet. Transfer the dough onto the baking sheet. Place a lightly moistened paper towel over it and let rest for 10 minutes.
12.
Remove the paper towel and bake at 400F for 10 – 12 minutes, or until it becomes golden brown on the upper rack of oven.
13.
In a paper sack, place 3 tablespoons sugar. Put half of the baked rolls in the sack and shake. Repeat for the rest of baked rolls.
