1 apple (7 oz.) 1/4 cup sugar 1 tablespoon lemon juice
1. Slice the apple into 8 pieces.
2. Place the apple slices, sugar and lemon juice in a microwave-safe bowl (3 liter or 3 quart).
3. Cover with a vented microwave lid and cook on HIGH (1200W) for 2 minutes.
4. Take out and let it cool. The jam will thicken as it cools.
* When using plastic wrap as a cover, poke a hole in the center to release the steam.
