Halve the plums around pits. Remove the pits with the tip of the knife.

Place the plum halves in a microwave-safe bowl (1 liter or 1 quart.) Mix in the sugar and white wine.

3.
Cover with plastic wrap and poke a hole in the center to release the steam.

4.
Cook on HIGH(1200W) for 2 minutes.
