Sachi's Sesame Dipping Sauce
Crunchy and flavorful sesame dipping sauce

[Makes 1 cup]    Cooking time: 5 minutes

1/3 cup crunchy peanut butter
1 tablespoon white wine
1/8 cup sugar
1/8 cup vinegar
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon Tabasco sauce

1. Place all the ingredients in a microwave-safe bowl, (1 1/2 liter or 1 1/2 quart) and stir until the sauce becomes smooth.

2. Cover with a vented microwave lid and cook on HIGH (1200W) for 1 minute.

3. Take out and stir to finish.

* This sauce can be used over tofu, steamed chicken and green vegetables. Pouring the sauce over steamed rice can create, <Peanut Rice Bowl>. This sauce is also delicious spread on toast.
