To make the <White Sauce>, place the flour and margarine in a microwave-safe bowl (2 liter or 2 quart). Cover with a vented microwave lid and cook on HIGH (1200W) for 30 – 40 seconds.

Take out and stir, adding the milk gradually. As you stir, the sauce will start to thicken. Cover and cook on HIGH (1200W) for 2 minutes. Take out and stir. Cover and cook for 2 more minutes. Take out, sprinkle with salt and pepper and stir to make smooth sauce. Set aside.

Pour the boiling water in the Cup of Noodles, close lid and steam for 3 minutes.

Divide the <White Sauce> and the Cup of Noodles into 4 greased serving bowls.

5.
Sprinkle with cheese and parsley. Bake in a 400F oven for 15 – 18 minutes or until cheese melts and is slightly browned.
