2 oranges, peeled 1/2 cup red wine 1/2 cup water 2 tablespoons sugar 1/2 cinnamon stick 1 lemon slice
1. Place the oranges in a microwave-safe bowl (1 1/2 liter or 1 1/2 quart.) Mix in the red wine, water, sugar, cinnamon stick, and lemon slice.
2. Cover with plastic wrap and poke a hole in the center to release the steam.
3. Cook on HIGH(1200W) for 2 minutes.
4. Let it sit and cool before serving.*
* Serve cold. It tastes much better cold than hot.
