Ginger Teriyaki Sauce |
This ginger flavored teriyaki sauce is perfect for meat and fish dishes! |

Cooking time: 5 minutes

1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup sugar
1/8 cup red wine
1/2 teaspoon powdered ginger
1 tablespoon salad oil
2 teaspoons cornstarch

Place all the ingredients in a microwave-safe dish and mix. Cover with a vented microwave lid and cook on HIGH (1200W) for 1 – 1 1/2 minutes.
