Place the ground beef and tomato sauce in a microwave-safe bowl (2 liter or 2 quart). Loosen (aerate) the ground beef with a fork.

Cover with a vented microwave lid. Cook on HIGH (1200W) for 8 – 10 minutes or until the sauce starts to boil. Take out and mix well.

To make the <White Sauce>, place the flour and margarine in a microwave-safe bowl (2 liter or 2 quart). Cover with a microwave lid and cook on HIGH (1200W) for 40 seconds to 1 minute.

Take out and stir, adding the milk gradually. The sauce will start to thicken. Cover with a microwave lid and cook on HIGH (1200W) for 2 minutes. Take out and stir, then cook for 2 more minutes. Take out, add salt and pepper and stir.

Cook lasagna noodles according to the directions on the package.

Grease the inside of the baking dish. Place 8 pieces of cooked lasagna noodles. If the noodle is too long hang them outside of the dish. Alternate 1/2 cup of <White Sauce> and 1/2 cup <Meat Sauce> over the lasagna noodles.

Fold in 2 of the hanging lasagna noodles and add <White Sauce> and <Meat Sauce>.

Repeat for the next lasagna noodles.

Add the 2 sauces alternately and fold in the rest of the lasagna noodles.

Repeat the process (see pictures) until all the sauce is used.

Top with Parmesan cheese and parsley sprigs. Cook in 450F oven for 25 – 30 minutes or until the sauce bubbles.
